What is covered?
Manufacturing defects include:
- Loose diamond settings under normal use
- Faulty clasps or closures
- Structural breakage without external impact
- Finishing or production defects
If your item is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will provide a free repair or replacement.
What is not covered?
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear (such as scratches, dullness, or silver oxidation)
- Loss of a jewellery piece or diamond
- Damage caused by impact, pulling, or improper handling
- Improper use or lack of care
All claims are subject to evaluation.
How to submit a claim?

- Clear photos of the issue
- A short description
